Development of interactive multimedia software, distance teaching, modernisation of the public sector, use of information science in project management and project evaluation.

Research topics relate to international trade, foreign exchange, welfare, and economic development. Author of several greek monographs. Articles on education and on the development of the greek economy in greek newspapers, journals, periodicals, and foreign collections.
